Hello my lovelies I hope you are all enjoying your Sunday and its a lovely sunny one here today too.
Well I'm popping in quickly to share with you my make for the Whimsy April Facebook challenge which this time is 'Something Sweet'. So with Easter only a week away my take on the 'something sweet' was to make an Easter basket teamed with a sweet image. I used the gorgeous Time for Tea 'Pretty Petals' coloured with copics together with the 'Sweet' word die by Simonne Clay.
Medium: copics
Papers: Tilda 'Wintergarden'
A quick close up of the gorgeous image isn't she a sweetie pie and lovely to colour to. I decided to make all my own flowers for a change so set to work with a few punches. I punched out all the flower shapes from plain old photocopier paper and then coloured them with the same copics as I used for the image, embossed them all a little, spritzed them with 'Pearl' Glimmer Mist and then layered them up.
Copics List
Face/Body: E000, E00, E11, R20, R30
Hair: E31, E33, E35, E37, E49
Clothes/Shoes: RV21, RV23, RV25, RV29/BG10, BG13, BG15
W3 for added shadow
