Polkadoodles Crafty Challenge

Good morning my lovelies and happy Good Friday.  It is such a soggy day here today I think it's rained all night and there is no sign of it stopping either so in my head a perfect day for crafting then.

Well it's Friday and that means a new challenge over at Polkadoodles Challenges.  As normal it's an anything goes theme and I have made a card using 'Primrose, The Darling Buds' and she is beautiful.  She's been coloured up with my copics but this little beauty also comes with a free coloured version so if you are in a hurry and don't have the time to colour she's perfect just print and make.

Medium:  copics
Flowers:  Polkadoodles 'Lemonade Fizz' download

The papers I've used are gorgeous and from a Polkadoodles download so I've just printed them off.  Perfect in my book as you never run out just print and go.

So let's meet 'Primrose' up close and personal in my next piccie.  I so love her dress I want one and I added just a sprinkling of glitter on her flowers for a little shimmer.

I've got one last photo to share with you today as I wanted to show you the flowers.  These were actually all printed off the 'Lemonade Fizz' download and literally all I did was cut them out and layer them up and add a pearl in the centre and look just how pretty they are.  The leaves were printed as well.

Okay so that's it from me for today.  Don't forget the new Polkadoodles challenge starts today.  Pop across here and have a look you can see all my teamies gorgeous makes then too.  You can always check out the Facebook page here for some fabulous inspiration.

Before I go I would like to enter my card in to some challenges:-

'Sigh! Shoes!'

Happy Monday my crafty friends.  It's a beautiful spring like day here today, although the wind is still a little nippy but a gorgeous day all the same.

I'm popping in with a card to share and I've used another Polkadoodles cutie pie on this one. I'm so in love with these sweet little images there is always something for every occasion.  I was asked to make a card for someone with a slight obsession with shoes and I thought Winnie Fruit Punch 'Sigh! Shoes!' was just perfect.  Again I've teamed her up with some papers from Polkadoodles and they are just lush so pretty and fresh.

Medium:  copics/spectrum noirs
Flowers:  Wild Orchid Crafts

Okay so my usual close up of the image.  Adorable isn't she and so so easy to colour.

So the eldest of my little peeps has gone off to bed, the hubster has also climbed the wooden hill so I now a little time to do as I please.  I've just made myself a lovely cup of coffee, pulled out the 'cough cough' hidden Reese's peanut butter cups I've had stashed away and I'm now going to colour and craft to my hearts content for an hour or two ... complete bliss.

Thank you for stopping by and I hope you've managed to grab yourself some crafty time also.  Take care.

Polkadoodles Challenge

Good morning my lovelies.  It's Friday which means it's time for another fab challenge over at Polkadoodles.  As normal it's an 'anything goes' theme but the DT have all made something with an Easter feel to it.

I don't really send Easter cards so for my make I made a little gift bag which I shall fill with my daughter's favourite chocolate.  I decorated the front and back with some gorgeous Polkadoodles papers and the cutie pie image is called 'mmmm chocolate' and isn't she sweet and I've used my usual copics to colour her up to match the papers.

Medium:  copics
Flowers:  Wild Orchid Crafts

A closer look at the image.  She's fab isn't she and could be used for so many occasions.

Okay, so that's all from me.  Hop across to Polkadoodles Challenge here and take a look at some beautiful inspiration from my teamies.

Challenges I would like to enter:

Creative Inspirations  -  any occasion

Simon Says Stamp  -  Easter inspired

Moving Along with the Times  -  Easter creations

Thank you for stopping by peeps it is as always very much appreciated.  I hope you all have a great weekend and get some crafting time in I know I will be.

Polkadoodles Craft Challenge

Good morning my lovelies on this very chilly Friday morning.  We have had the worst of our 'Beast from the East' weather yesterday and last night I think.  It's stopped snowing for now but I don't think we'll have any more much to the dismay of  my daughter.  Yes I was out in it yesterday having snowball fights so I've been out and had my fun so not venturing out today.

Anyway, I am here today to share my creation as a guest designer for the Polkadoodles Crafting Challenge.  I am so chuffed to be able to work with these gorgeous images and papers they really are beautiful and do you know they even do coloured digi images so if you're in a hurry or perhaps even just not confident enough with your colouring yet they are perfect.

So for my make I worked with the adorable Winnie Celebrations 3 'Graduation/You Passed' and made a bottle cover and little cap to match.  The sentiment is from one of their sets too they do some fab sentiment collections really useful and of course being digi you can re-size as you please.

Medium:  copics

A little close up of the cute image.  She's so sweet.

Before I go I'd like to enter my make into the following challenges:

Okay folks that's all from me for today.  As I'm not at work today due to the weather conditions I'm going to have a little colouring session I think.

Take care.
